I can't say enough great things about Monarch Wound Care. I just moved to Fairmont, WV and had to find a wound care center for my feet. I called Monarch and spoke to Karsyn who was very professional. She had no hesitation answering all my questions. Dr. Gay observed my feet and knew exactly what she had to do. She really showed her 25 years of experience. I went in with a pain level of 5 and left with a pain level of 0, without any anesthesia. It's gonna take a little time to fix my situation, but I look forward to every visit it's gonna take. I can not express how good the care is here. I have had an open wound from a surgery for about 5 months now. My doctor told me there was nothing he could do now but wait. Maybe he would open it back up and do an exploratory lap in another month if it still did not close. At this point I decided to call a wound specialist! I called and spoke with Karsyn and she scheduled me the very next day. I went in and was seen by Dr. Gay. She and Karsyn were so personable and caring. My body had been through some horrific trauma in the last 6 months. 48 hours out and my wound is looking 100 times better and starting to close. I had hyper granular tissue coming out of a wound. Dr. Gay explained everything she was doing. She removed it! I can not say thank you enough!! If you’re looking for excellent care. Look no further!
